How this site is put together, and what to trust it for.
What we do
We compile pricing, features, and positioning for each platform from vendor pricing pages, product documentation, and public help-center articles, cross-checked at write time. Where a vendor doesn't publish self-serve pricing (Pushpay, Realm), we say so plainly rather than guessing a number.
What we don't do
We have not paid for and run every platform on this site as a live church for months at a time — that's a different (much more expensive) kind of review, and we'd rather tell you that honestly than fake a "we tested this hands-on" claim we can't back up. If a claim here matters enough to your decision, confirm it directly with the vendor before you sign a contract.
Money
This site is independently run and is not currently paid by, or affiliated with, any vendor listed. If that changes for a specific link in the future, it'll be disclosed on that page, not buried in a footer.
Corrections
Software pricing and features change constantly. If something here is out of date, we want to know — reach us via the contact info on the site footer.
